Performance and characteristics:

This powerful production machine can manufacture up to 370 million soft gel capsules per year (based on the 200C model, size 8 oval shape, operating at 3 revolutions per minute, 24 hours a day, for 300 days a year).

The dosing unit utilizes advanced linear transmission systems to ensure a filling accuracy within 2%. The encapsulation process achieves a capsule integrity rate of over 98%.

An advanced water cooling system is employed to prevent contamination caused by air.

The lubrication of the capsule shells is performed using micro-dosing oil technology, minimizing oil consumption. When using vegetable oil for lubrication (without printing), there is no need to wash the capsules.

The high-quality capsule conveying system uses FDA-approved food-grade conveyor belts that are non-toxic, non-adhesive, and easy to clean.

Optimized molds are designed using high-quality aerospace alloy materials, undergo high-precision CNC machining, and receive special surface treatments to ensure mold longevity.

Advanced manufacturing and assembly processes guarantee machine stability, ensuring consistent capsule compression quality, high operational efficiency, and excellent capsule shapes.

The machine incorporates an automated glue and feeding system engineering to reduce labor intensity, improve working conditions, and comply with GMP regulations.

The liquid level inside the gelatin box remains at a constant position, aided by a percentage gauge that assists in displaying gelatin thickness for easy and accurate adjustment.

Throughout the design and production processes, materials that are non-toxic, safe for human contact, and free from potential contamination have been used for components that come into contact with pharmaceutical liquids and gelatin. Consideration has been given to operator safety, convenience, and ease of cleaning.
